Our Festival of the Diaspora 2025 will be held in Medellín, Colombia, from February 13 to 16, at the InterContinental IHG Hotel in El Poblado.

3. For the Festival of the Diaspora in Medellín, we suggest the following dress code:

• Opening Event and Main Conferences: Business Casual.
• Networking Sessions: Smart Casual.
• Gala Dinner and Closing Event: Formal or Black Tie.
• After parties and city experiences: Casual Comfortable.

You have two options depending on your departure location.

Option 1: José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) in Medellín for international and domestic flights.

The travel time from the airport to downtown Medellín usually takes between 35 to 45 minutes, covering around 23 kilometers.

Option 2: Olaya Herrera Airport, which mainly operates national flights on regional routes.
